Payment / Shipping & Handling Policies

Payment must be received within 72 hours of the end of auction. If you cannot meet this deadline but still want to bid, please just ask ahead of time if it's okay. If 72 hours pass without payment or explanation, we will file a Non-Paying Bidder complaint with eBay. We ship all items and provide tracking numbers within 2 business days of receiving payment. Weekends are not considered business days. We only ship within The United States.

Return Policy

All items sold by Laptop Rescue Los Angeles (laptopcpr1) are sold "as-is" and are non-returnable unless otherwise specified.

If there is any information about an item that you would like to know, please ask prior to bidding. We will do our best to answer all questions in a timely fashion.

If returns are allowed on the item you purchased, please contact us to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the buyer. All returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and be in the same condition in which they were sold.
